Dude.... You're so close...

'96-97 No RS's; the 2.2L L is what you'll find.
'98 2.5RS coupes w/ 2.5 DOHC motors
'99 2.5RS coupes w/ 2.5 SOHC motors
'00-01 2.5RS coupes and sedans w/ 2.5 SOHC motors

Most (I think all) of those years also had Impreza L wagons and Outback Sports (tall Impreza wagons), all with the 2.2L motors.
