Hey guys
I have been e-shopping for a new key for my car since mine came with just one  Anyway, so far streetkeys seems to be the least expensive at $50, for an aftermarket blank + programming!! That is if I go to them, and I haven't been able yet to determine where that is. I believe it's within 50 miles of my zip code!!
Is it possible to program a blank yourself? I can get a blank from ebay for $16, have it cut at a hardware store for a couple more, and maybe save myself $30.
Anyone, anyone?

Boy, does it suck replying to my own thread. :disappoin
Anyway, I heard that Sears - good old Sears - can cut me a working duplicate key for $30!! So far, it's only rumor, but it's from a fairly reliable source - a keycutter at another store.
Gotta go check it out!! :p
