I just bought my 2000 2.5 rs and i have about 4G's to make it fast. i was wondering about the ej20tt is the was somewhere i could go to check up on some info on it. i found it at nippon-motors.com and it is definately do able but i have seen nothing on it in here. thanks alot

It's not usually an engine seen in the Impreza, and it's not a case of just buying one and dropping it into the engine bay, you'll need to spend about the same again on all the peripherals to make it run.

Perhaps you'd be best-off contacting a well respected Subaru shop and asking how far $4k would get you.

I hear great things about swaps from Lachute Subaru, but I guess they're a bit east of you...
