If money was a problem id definitly get the Corvette but...Ferrari hands down because of its exclusivity and sexyness and nothing comares to the sound of its gnary V8

Some people preffer their motors sounding low and rumbly rather than whining then screaming. What may sound to ones liking may not be the same for the other.

i Must agree the flat plane crank does make the ferries v8 sound very exotic but there is just something bout an american v8. Espically a GM one if us slapped a flow mater 80 series on it , damn u talk bout mean. There website has some audio snippets but let me tell u it doesn't do them justes. I guy i know has one on his Fbird v6 it makes me v8 sound like crap. But the guy with the LS1 and the flow 80 rules the car sound award round here. Track wise idk in the racing series the vette has but killed the ferries the past couple of years. Of from the press realeses the race cars don't see to be much differnt. just my :2cents:

360 Modena anyday...it's got sex appeal, wonderful motor (and sounds), great gearbox, amazing brakes and wheels, cool interior...higher gawk factor

Sure it's also more expensive to maintain and buy and modify but hell if you have a 360 Modena you better be able to keep her running!

EASY...The Ferrari... For every reason, especially for the exclusivity!!!

I'll take the C6, Vettes are my favorite cars, so the choice is easy for me.

This isnt a fair comparison, the Ferrari 360 by a mile...

If I have to buy it, Corvette without a doubt. If they were same price or was being given to me Ferrari.

But between the 360, and C6, I would think the Modena would be a superior track car only because the Ferrari looks damn good in red.......:screwy:

I think what DetroitMuscle15 means is that (money is no object) two cars with similar performance. What would you pic? It really boils down to:

Import or Domestic,

Rounded or Angular design,

High Pitched Scream or Low Rumble.

I would take the 360 Modena. I've gotten a ride in one and all I can say is: There is nothing like a ride in a Ferrari.

Its just a different league of car. Ferrari.

Well if by 2004 360 you mean the CS model, then it's no comparison. On the Top Gear test track, the 360CS recorded a time of 1min 22.3sec.

The 'Vette did a 1min 26.8sec.

4.5sec a lap, that a different league.

take the ferrari.......sell it.....buy the vette.......then have a ton of cash left to do whatever i want with

Well, the C6 is an incredible car that has shown up the 360 Modena in most respects as far as performance is concerned. However, the C6 is a brand-new platform while the 360 Modena is 6 years old.

Even still, the Modena's numbers are badass.

0-60 mph: 4.2 sec
0-100 mph: 10.2 sec
Quarter Mile: 12.8 sec @ 112.5 mph
Skidpad: .96g
Top Speed: 189 mph
Braking, 60-0 mph: 110 ft
Slalom Speed: 67.4 mph

Dang, only reason I'd take the Ferrari over the Corvette is because I'm first and foremost tifosi.

IMO the ferrari has more character then the C6. Price wise there is no comparison (c6), but if the ferrari was closer in price it would be the ferrari by a mile. The engine in the ferrari is a piece of artwork, as is the super sexy body. Just thinking about the scream of a ferrari makes me want to grab the hand lotion :uhoh: Dark Blue Modena is teh winner for me.
