here in washington, your plate can start with a letter number anything. but cali plates are wierd. just check out a few cars tommorow, you'll see what i mean

Yes, mine is 4, my mom's is 5, and I see a lot of 7s mostly on SUVs and trucks...
I'm good with Cali...the shorter the distance I have to travel, the easier it would be for me to ask for days off from the big orange nazi...plus, california is where it's all "at" anyway!
