I'm in the process of figuring out which intake header and exaust to get for my '01 G20t. I'm between JWT, Stillen, and Flowmaster. Can anyone give me any suggestions and the pluses and minuses to each.

Hi get the HS cai HS header and greddy exaust(or make a custom exaust it will be chep) this is good for about 10-12 whp

in the se-r list you will find all the info you need.

Are you saying all three of these mods together will give 10-12 whp? I don't think that's right... more like 20+ whp.

Thats sounds too much...maybe 20hp at flywheel...

absolutely not 20 hp.... you can´t just add....

12-14whp I do no t think more y a 10. 1 cr motor
145+15-6 hp at the flywheel it will give you about 140+(+-2) wheel hp
with cams(s3) pullyes(2 set) flywheel ecu(jwt,s3 program) etc it will be pretty close to 152+-2 whp
