Here's my post (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t35735.html) to this question as posted in the interior/audio forum. :)

i've got a 97 ex coupe. my ignition hot is yellow w/ red stripe and my constant hot is white with blue stripe. i beleive it was the same on my girlfriends 2000. the best way to check is to get a circuit tester (you know the screwdriver lookin thing with the bulb inside) and unplug the radio and test the wires with the ignition off. which ever one has power going through it is your constant hot. now turn the ignition on, and whichever wire has power going through it, excluding the one you found before, is your ignition hot.

A circuit tester I have, while looking at some random stuff online, I stumbled upon this (http://www.jdmfan.com/index.php?information=radio_pinouts), the wires you named were close to mine, but for the 6½ gen ('99-'00) they changed the wire colors a little bit. :bloated: Now all I gotta do is locate WHERE under the dash (near the fuse box area) the white/yellow 12+ "hot" wire for the radio power, is. Any ideas?
