98 Camry LE cd unit...unable to find one

1998 camry LE cd player completely dead...and no where to find a cd player unit to replace it...I know that it's manufactured by Delco.

Is there any kind of cd player that could fit with the original am fm radio cassette head unit?

Thank you very much...I just found one...but it skips at almost every bump in the streets!!!
