Has anyone ever heard of OBX bomb mufflers or power tech mufflers?? I am thinking about getting one these two but I need to know if they are worth getting or if they suck. Anyone that knows any thing about them would be of great help. Also, would getting one of these mufflers increase the chances of me burning my valves due to a decrease in back pressure or not at all?? Thanx in advance for all replies.

My friend has an OBX on his car and it sounds awsome. Has a really low throaty sound, but it is a little too loud. i am not sure about its performance but it look good and sounds good.

Lol, that's funny cuz for me it's the opposite. My friend has one on his car and it sounds like ass. It's the loudest most fartiest sound in the world and i cant stand it. I guess u could do whatever u want tho.:finger:

What about tthe power throttle mufflers?? anyone here know about them???

My friend has an OBX muffler and it sounds high-pitched and sorry to say, but ricey overall. But then, the piping, engine mods, etc all add to the overall sound and power.

That's weird, the one my friend has sounds good. Maybe it is a different muffler or something, I don't know. I'll look to see what kind it is next time I see him.

my cousin just bought a OBX muffler, he hasn't put it on his accord yet but it looks pretty cool, it's the one with the silencer.

I am gonna have to go with the "not at all" option on that one.

i have the obx N1 style muffler with the silencer and i love it. its really deep not too loud it looks really nice too. its pretty well make all the welds on it are nicely polished out and very shiny. my only complaint is it gets dirty easily and its hard to clean.

i have one its real nice for the price its kinda loud on the highway like 65+ but its cool you cant go wrong with it. sounds good when you get on it. buts its quite when your cruising around
