97 Rodeo-Lift kit, or beef kit!!

Hello all,

My 97 is in dire need of something for suspension. It will bottom out on the littlest of hills, on dry pavement. I figured that the shocks were just worn out, but is there more than that? I have been hearing of replacing the torsion bars.
Ultimately, all I want is a 2-3" lift, good tires, and a great suspension.
I'm not a major 4wd not (but becoming one slowly), just want something to do more than the typical stock will do.

So my questions are in short....what to do to beef the suspension, and the best way to do a small lift?

Thanks

By the way, I did a search, didn't find my answer that way.

Most folks who lift 91-97 rodeo's end-up needing to buy a new 1 peice drive shaft too.
