There is no specific part by that name or function. What trouble codes or symptoms are you having?

The idle speed control circuit is part of the throttle body. There is no seperate part. If there is a code for idle speed adaptation limit reached then try cleaning the throttle body (iside) with carb cleaner. If that doesnt help than it would most likely be the throttle body that is bad. They go bad alot on early new style 2.0 engines (98-00 beetle, 99-00 jetta/golf, throttle cable)
