As AF becomes exponentially larger every week, it is our civic
responsibility to make an attempt at giving back to the community. We take for granted that we are physically able to sit here and talk
about cars (..and other things...) on the internet while so many of our family and friends have passed away from diseases and sicknesses that WE could possibly prevent.

With that said, we ask that you please donate to an extremely
venerable cause: the "Relay for Life". Basically, the RFL is an 18
hour marathon in which each team has to have at least one member
running/jogging/walking on the track, and is used to raise awareness
as well as money for the American Cancer Society. We at AF have decided to support an associate of ours.

A link describing RFL a bit better:

Of course, as most donations go, donating via the following link is
tax deductible (won't really cost you anything as long as it's
reported in your taxes) and the fine folks at the American Cancer
Society have set up a very simple secure site in which you donate via
credit card for this noble cause.

THE LINK TO DONATE!--->

Everyone has a few extra bucks hanging around, and to say that you
couldn't afford $10 would be a lie, especially considering its tax
deductible! Support the American Cancer Society, support the Relay for Life, support Automotive Forums!

Thank you very much.

P.S. Please feel free to reply to this post with any thoughts you have on this matter.

Thanks Igor! Raised $700 from internet participants, would like to hit $1000 by the end of the day and $1500 by the end of the weekend.

Thanks Josh, much appreciated-- we're up to $1195 with a handful of checks in the mail-- should be around $1500-2000 by the end of the week...

Remember, it's tax deductible, so if you don't donate that money to charity, it'll go to the government in taxes !
