Went for a routine oil change and mechanic told me my fuel regulator has a slight leak and needs to be changed.

Can I change this myself? It looks fairly simple with 2 screws holding it in place and 2 hoses connected. Was told I could change it when the car is cold so the fuel pressure won't be a problem.

Mechanic charges $150.00 to complete this service. And I priced the part for $55.00 from Hyundai.

Would appreciate any input you guys have.

Thank you,
Jeff

I completed the replacement for the Fuel Pressure Regulator. Easy enough job. Only problem I had was a stripped screw. 2 Screws were very tight and ended up messing up the head on 1 of them but I will replace that.
