Alright about a week ago i bought an 1987 RX7.. it seemed to run fine but when i was driving it home from the sellers house it smelled like something was burning. So I check the to see if there were any leaks.. and didnt find any. I decided to check the fluids. When i got to the Anti-freeze i saw that i overflow tank was empty so i check under the cap on the radiator. When i looked at the fluid it had a tint of green but seemed to be mostly oil. Dont ask how someone could put oil in the wrong spot but it happened. Well sry for the story but my question is.. did that oil/Antifreeze mix do anything to my engine/radiator and could that have been the burning smell

Thanks ~

What kind of burning smell is it oil or gas? Is the car an auto or manual?
