alternator ?

My car was working a day ago and is just parked on my drive way... the next day i tried starting my car and it is not cranking. The battery is new and there is power on when i put it on ACC on. When i tried to turn on my car, it just clicks. Im assuming its my alternator, but my alternator was just changed out probably half a year ago. NEED YOUR HELP!!!

if you try and start it and it just clicks, then its your battery, its dead. try and jump start it, then pull the battery terminal off. if its dies thats means you alt isnt putting out volts. but dont keep the wire off the battery for too long, its bad for the alt

did u leave anything on inside the car? like a dome light etc? could have drained the battery but yea do what civic killer said, if it dies when u remove the cable, alts shot
