Decent shot of the Clinic Model taken in Monaco 1992...Peloton25 02-03-2005, 07:44 AM It's surprisingly rare to find decent shots of the F1 from it's Monaco unveiling. There was plenty of press on hand for the event to take photos the day after the party, but it seems most of the images taken have not made their way onto the web. Here's one shot I found recently that I felt was worth sharing. I was able to increase its resolution to 1600x1200 without loosing too much quality. The edges are kind of jagged, but the image didn't pixelate like it usually would. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v482/Peloton25/McLaren%20F1/Clinic_Monaco_sm.jpg (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v482/Peloton25/McLaren%20F1/Clinic_Monaco_lg.jpg) Click photo for hi-res version Worst case, if you don't like the big one the small one embeded into the thread is still quite decent I think. You can make other large resolutions like 1280 or 1024 from the large picture with decent success, or I can do it for you if you want. Just let me know what size you need. >8^) ER McLaren F1 Guy 02-04-2005, 08:08 PM Wow, that is a beautiful shot. I love the background, the colors are gorgeous! Peloton25 02-04-2005, 08:32 PM I knew someone would appreciate it like I did. Rather strangely, the source of this photo was actually a .PDF file that I found on a Japanese website. For some reason when you scale a .PDF file the images get larger without affecting the image quality as badly as it would if the image were a standard .JPG file. I'm not sure why... When I increased the size to what I thought was the largest that was still visually acceptable, the entire image was larger than my 1600x1200 res monitor would allow me to display. I ended up taking four screenshots of it and then pasting them together in Photoshop to make the larger version of this pic. Tedious for sure, and certainly not perfect, but still a decent result and probably one of the best shots of the Clinic Model there is not counting Colin Curwood's photos. >8^) ER Mclaren240! 02-04-2005, 09:00 PM Thanks Pheloton i like it too. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
