Kinda cool... sound effects killed it though... some of the vid's look like they were speede up to make it look like the cars were going faster. Nice touge action over-all though!

Yeah, it sounds like they revved up a lawnmower or a weed-whacker for the sounds. That or they used a Geo Metro... :)

And eps, the game/anime/manga courses were modeled after the real courses, so it's kind of expected that they would match.

The only differences I found were that the jumps on Irohazaka are gravel/dirt in the game, and high grass in real life. Guess it sucks if you actually wanted to jump it...

Its just a car going round normally at normal speed. The camera man trying to fool you by delaying the movement when turning corners, as though its drifting

If you dont know all the courses in initial d were modeled exactly after real roads in japan. if you search long enough you can find the actual maps they use and where each course is.

HAHAHAHAHHA, wow i cant believe you were all tricked. If you notice he fast forwards it and if he was drifting the camera would be facing the inside of the turn. Anyways.....the tracks were modeled off real places in Japan. For example, Mt.Akina is actually Mt.Haruna.
