Ah the smelly gas, typically it goes something like
Fuel Tank -> Fuel Pump -> filter water separator -> injection pump -> each individual injector.

www.helminc.com for factory service manuals. $90.00 and you get
1) FCS12107951 - 1995 Light Truck Shop Manual Volume 1
2) FCS12107952 - 1995 F-150 F-250 F-350 Bronco And F-Super Duty Service Manual Volume 2
3) FCS1225895 - 1995 F-Series 7.3 Di Turbo Diesel Supplement

BEST information source that I've found. I've got a Chiltons for 87-96, but it's kind of weak :2cents: . Do you have any specific questions?

No "map", but I can definately help you out, the question is will it be enough?

The fuel in this system starts in the tank(s) (obvious), it is drawn to the engine by a camshaft driven "lift pump" mounted in the valley under the intake "Y". From the lift pump, it goes to the fuel filter under low pressure where it is filtered. From the fuel filter it returns to the "medium pressure" fuel pump (which is the upper part of the "lift pump" assembly) where the presure is increased to over 30 PSI, from there it goes to the pressure regulator on the front of the fuel filter housing. Excess fuel is returned to the tank(s). Regulated fuel is then split between the left and right head passages.

The high pressure oil (used to fire the injectors) is carried in the braided stainless steel hoses, NOT FUEL).
