Hello,
The window on my tailgate rattles like it wants to open when I go over bumps. 2 years ago it did actually open over some railroad tracks, so I want to keep it from moving and making sound. Does anyone what is causing this?

Lower the tailgate and remove the trim panel. There is a screw on each end and then you carefully lift the upper edge until the bayonet clips pop out of their slots and release the panel. The lower edge of the panel has tabs that fit into slots on reinstallation.

Once you have the panel off it should be possible to adjust the liftgate latch to tighten it up a little. The attachment holes are probably slotted. It should be obvious once you can see all the bits and how they work.

I've gotten everything apart ok, but I don't see any adjustment screws on the latch...

Also, is the hatch window supposed to pop open after you push the hatch release button? I push the button and the selonoid goes and it releases the window so it can open, but I manually have to open it.
