I am seriously considering buying my first Miata. the car (a 97) is very clean, except for a badly cracked rear window in the convertible top.

Are these replaceable? Or should I consider a whole new top, though the rest of the top is in good shape.

you can replace just the plastic window, but it can be a tricky process.

I just cracked my friends rear plastic window. How much for the repair, or can I do it myself? I'm pretty much able to do anything.

Just to let you know I've found some information on repairing these windows yourself. I'll be trying it soon, and will post the results.
