im going wild, just picking things out of kits i havent even started and probably wont ever start. whats the most amount of kits you guys have used for one model, im talking everything, mirrors, rims, spoilers, bumpers, etc.

i think my total is about 6, not too high i bet u guys can beat it

Woooo....pointless threads really are your thing aren't they?

Probably the most I've butchered is 3 kits to create one, but since most of my subjects are motorsports that's probably the most I would need to source parts from on any given subject.

my pal put the front of a 03 mustang onto a ford lightning, thats the biggest scale of kitbashing i can imagine.

The True Street Stang used sideskirts off the Lowrider Convertible model, an alternator off a 69 Camaro, pulleys from a 70 Chevelle, and seats and wheels from a different 69 Camaro kit...that's about all I can think of, but most of these things were in my spare parts box...Will just kitbashed a C6R Corvette for a 69 Camaro....We trade parts (ie I traded him the brakes/wheels off the Lightning and some other stuff for the wheels off his Vette Agin) It's nice living with a modeler!

On my desk right now is a bash using a ´99 Yamaha R1, a Ducati 916 and smaller parts from two other bike kits. If it turnes out any good you'll probably see some progress later on.

I once took a seat from a fujimi skyline to use on a Tamiya skyline. I didn't use it in the end though.

Well i've a Tamiya Ferrari Spider that was once built & is now lying in bits beacause of a bad paint job. It will never get built again either beacause iv'e since used the brake discs on other projects & some of the interior bits are going to be used on a fujimi ferrari Berlinetta project in the very near future.
