I Have A 1986 Cherokee Thats A Real Jewel But Here It Is Ice And Snow Time And Now The 4x4 Has A Problem. It Engages At The Transfer Case, As When I Put In Low 4x4 The Trans Goes Into Low Range In The Rear But The Front Axel Is Not Engaged.

Is the front driveshaft turning? Are the front axles turning? Maybe the hubs aren't locked or working?...

If you have the command trac, the shifter may not have engaged the axle collar to the axle.
