I have a 02 F-250 Crew Cab that has wipers that won't shut off some times. Once in a while you can turn them off and they stay on. Even if you turn the truck off and take the key out they keep going. I have to take the fuse out. It will stop when ever it feels like it. Some times I can take the wiper delay and turn it back and forth real fast and it would shut off but not all the time. Could it be in the wiper switch or something more intense????????

I believe there was a recall for that problem depending on where it was manufactured. one of the places was in norfolk. I have the letter ford sent me but i will have to dig it up to let you know exactly what models and factories. I am certain the f150 was on the list. All it said was there were wiring faults describing exactly what your truck is doing.
