Wanna light this thing up like the Griswald's house at Christmas

Want to maximize my 2000 Silvy's lighting potential by utilizing all available lights--high beam, low beam, and fog lights--at once.

Planning to use this mostly for cruising the backcountry, and maybe an offroad trail or two, after dark. I see this as possibly a cost-effective and labor-saving alternative to aftermarket lighting systems.

(There's been a lot of discussion here lately about headlights and various lighting systems. So hope I'm not repeating any topics here. Did search the forum, but still a little short on solutions.)

The goals are:
a. Foglights turn on on automatically when headlights turn on.

b. Foglights can be manually turned off by pressing Foglight Button in cab.

c. Low-beam lights stay on when high-beams are activated (i.e., the 4-headlight mod discussed in this forum)

d. Replace standard low-beam and high-beam bulbs with the brightest bulbs available.

Possible solutions & questions:
1. Plan to utilize the famous 4-headlight mod.

2. Wondering if the best way to turn on headlights and foglights simultaneously is to wire the foglights into the parking lights? Would this fry anything?

3. What are the brightest bulbs to use in place of the standard headlight/foglight bulbs? Heard mixed reviews on the Sylvania Silverstar bulbs. The HID systems cost way too much.

I'm severely technically challenged when it come to electrical. So any explanations in layman's terms would be greatly appreciated.
