Ok The vehicle surges while in motion and i'm considering its fuel related but would like more knowledgeable advise if at all possible. Have the Rotor and cap coming to me and even a fuel pump if this doesn't fix it... Any help will be appreciated!

could be bad gas try using gas antifreeze with water remover.
