This engine is a BRAND NEW VH45DE, from an Infiniti dealership in California. Sells for $10k CAD up here in Canada and $7k USD down there in the states. I bought it for my 94' Infiniti Q45a, which unfortunately was totalled. The engine specs are as follows:

Torque: 292 lb-ft at 4000 rpm

This engine is unbelievably light for it's size, type and displacement. Good for custom swaps, custom projects (450zxtt... and yes, it's been done) or to fix up your ailing Q45.

The engine is currently located in Signal Hill California, factor that into your offers..
