Ford Escort 93 Hatchback Occasional Erratic Idle / PCV Valve Location

I have a Ford Escort Zetec 1.6 93/L car (100000 miles). Sometimes the car does not idle very well when cold. There is a lot of vibration and some throttle is required to prevent the engine stalling. This lasts for a couple of minutes and then everything is fine. This normally occurs after I have started the engine a couple of times to move it in and out of the driveway on the previous day. I have recently changed the air filter and pcv filter. I am planning on cleaning / replacing the vacuum hoses and PCV valve. I am having difficulty locating the PCV valve. Whereabouts is it and is it easy to change? Is it what the blue arrow is pointing to in the pictures below?

Is the clip in the picture shown below of the cylinder head cover breather pipe to the air filter box reusable or does it have to be replaced?

Another unrelated question I need to take off one of the rear door trims to treat some rust. Are they stuck on or are there plastic clips / something else holding them on? Are there any good methods for removing it? I was thinking of using a piece of fishing line to break the seals.

If the trim is just stickied to the doors, use a hairdryer. For your lack of power, change ur plugs and wires then go from there. EGR valve, I didn't think Zetec's had one, but I don't know the Zetec engines either, I'm an SPI guy so I can't help ya there, sorry.
