Front brakes are not releasing

My breaks would work and then they wouldn't. You had too pump the break in order to get the truck to stop. Release the pedal and apply again, it would go to the floor!! I replaced the master break cylinder which was the problem??
Ever since I replaced the Master break cylinder, I had nothin but front break problems. My front breaks seem to be sticking. Your barely have too touch the pedal to have break. It seems they build pressure and will not release. I burnt up two calipers already. I bled the breaks and this done nothin to help the problem. I replace the master break cylinder again and still have the problem.
What else could it be?? The vacum? The flex hoses? I bled the master cylinder right!!
I have replaced flex hoses, calipers, bled the lines with new brake fluid only to come to find out eventually... that the 2nd master brake cylinder is also faulty.. All this work and replacing parts for nothin. Pretty bad when you can't trust even new parts for these frigging Fords.
