I have changed belts, water pumps, brakes, done the sway bar linkage. Just about everything. I have the tools for this job. Impact wrenches but No one is asking should they do it themselves. If Yes tell me what parts I would need beside just the timing belt and water pump because I will change those as well from reading other posts. I would rather spend a day and $300 dollars fully tuning my car up. Than be without a car for a day spend $500-600 and only get one thing done. I have the book as well. Thanks in advance for your replies. 95 accord V6 ex

If you have the tools, mechanical experience with belts and water pumps, and a Helms manual than why even ask us if you should do it...go ahead.

THanks for answering It would help if you knew what extra parts I would need other than the timing belt because the manual only suggest the timing belt. Ive noticed from other posts that there may need to be other parts replaced.

Well, some mechanics recommend changing the front oil seal when you are in there. Also good idea to change the valve cover gasket and spark plug seals.
