I'm planning on getting raybrig bulbs for my 99 civic. Two questions:

1. Does anyone have any opinion or advice on this brand? Do they last
long?

2. Does anyone know what's the maximum or safe range for the
wattage so I don't melt the wires? There are two types of bulbs (both
raybrig) I am looking at. One has a 110/100w output, and the other
is 120/115w. Which one would be better (or safer)?? (The company's
link is pasted below)

The Hyper Halogen series has an output of 110/100w for H4 and the Racing Hyper Halogen Magnum White has an output of 120/115

both of those bulbs looks like they draw the same wattage as the stock bulbs (55w/65w), so i don't think you're in danger of frying your wires.
