I just bought a 96 cherokee country, auto, and after I changed the oil I started the car up. To my dismay I found there was a squeaking sound coming from under the hood. Any suggestions as to what this might be?

could be something as simple as a few drops of oil on a belt or pulley. pop your hood with it running and listen to it while pulling the throttle cable. should make the sound more noticeable and easier to pinpoint.
