Wellll...700$ is a lot to ask for a car that has no title, and therefore cannot be licensed in most states....Though I am looking for a 1.8, I already have 2 non running 'scorts sitting in my yard (91 lx/93 lx) and drive a 96 Tracer, if you can come down on the price and don't have to sell it RIGHT NOW, let me know..email: Crashfactoryx@yahoo.com AIM: Crashfactoryx

It's really easy for the registered owner of a car to get a replacement title. just like anything else people sometimes lose, drivers lisence, credit cards, etc. It would make it a helluva' lot easier to sell. A car with no title is basically of minus value and very difficult to get rid of. Where I live, the local scrap metal processing plant won't even take a car body to crush without a title.

My husband couldn't find his title(doesn't remember ever receiving it.)He went to the DMV and was given a duplicate that same day.We live in MD.
