02 dakota, headlight out, a/c prob

headlight out on passenger side, bulb works, no voltage to it, can't find a headlight fuse either.

heater blower only works when turned to hi, does not work in med or low, any ideas?

For the headlight fuse, it's usually in the passenger compartment by the drivers side end cap, you should see a fuse saying LH hdlght or something along that line. As far as the blower motor only working on high, sounds like a bad blower motor resistor.

The LT/HD fuse is located in the distribution panel in the engin compartment on the left side.
my fuses are ok but nether haedlite works, after I installed a trailer brake controller. I had to unplug a large wiring harness to plug the controller harness. So any one, what did I screw up when I pluged the large harness back in?
