Last night on the way home power steering goes out. When I get home I check fluid it is OK and I check belts OK, I have power steering at high RPMs but at normal low RPM no power steering...what is the problem???

Well spent two evenings on my back replacing the power steering pump, with mis-information from the Haynes book only to find out it fixed the problem for only a few minutes, the problem is back. New pump and new fluid and blead the system...same deal.
