rear suspension question?

It is bitterly cold in Michigan and when I got in my 96 camry the rear end was sitting rather low. Can this be a weather specific problem since the car was sitting outside that will cure itself as it warms up?
Also nothing is touching the tires so is it ok for me to drive if I need to take it in?
