I own a '99 Jeep Cherokee Sport. All four turn signals just stopped for a day or two. Now they are working sometimes. I replaced the fuse but it was fine. Could it be the "turn signal switch" and does anyone know where it is located? I don't have a service manual. ( I am getting lots of high beams and rude gestures from other drivers this week. Would like to remedy problem without a fleecing from the dealer or local mechanic.) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do they come on at all? or do they just not flash? your flasher is located in the fuse panel, it is round and located on the uper right handside, the hazardlight is on the lower leftside. Check these first cheap and easy!
