Anti-Freeze Leak

i have a 2000 windstar LX 3.8 with a anti-freeze leak coming from above the hose coming from the engine on the right side i cant see the leak but its foaming while it leaks from above the hose connection on the block? i need some advice on how to repair it my self and which parts do i need to remove to get to the leak? its not the hose or the gasket where the hose connects too. :confused:
