Hi all,

A cell phone charger plug broke inside the front power outlet of the minivan - we've tried in vain to pull the broken parts out, and will need to replace the outlet. Where do we find a new outlet? I've search the Web over and over again and can't find anything.

Ive never had my 98 Caravan power supply ports out...yet, but Im sure they still come out the same as the older ones, they unscrew. You may have to remove the piece of spring metal from the charger plug first. If it wont unscrew, you can remove the whole unit, it just means you have to remove some plastic cowls etc. If you have a new car charger for your cell, look at it. You'll see two pieces of metal showing on each side that have a "spring" to it. This is one piece of metal that may be opened up too far and is jammed into the side of the power supply. You should defintely find the fuse for this and remove it until you can get it replaced in case it may short out. Good luck!
