okay this turbo is $ 5,000 dollars, the boost is 200 horsepower, that would leave me with approximately 330-350 hp. is that worth it or could i buy other parts for cheaper that would boost me 200 horsepower?

OK, you are looking to do this on a 93 accord...meaning you are aiming for a 350hp FWD...you are going to have HUGE traction problems.

Also it doesn't say how much boost you have to run to get those numbers, all it mentions is a different boost gauge for people running over 20psi...that isn't practical boost settings for a daily driver, it will wear down your engine significantly faster, if the stock pistons can even handle that...which I doubt.

I don't know if you are manual or auto, but I doubt the stock tranny and clutch will handle that kind of power as well.

So hypothetically, you are talking $5000 for the kit, then installation unless you are doing it yourself, then LSD inserts, a new clutch, and you will still have traction problems, new colder plugs and larger wires, and upgraded ignition if you plan on boosting that much, actually while your at it...all supporting mods, as your accord wont put out anywhere near that much with stock intake, headers, exhaust...

Yes it is feasible to do, and yes you could build a custom turbo setup for alot cheaper...but this kit is for a serious racer...for someone who has lots of modifications already. This isn't meant to be put on a stock accord. The bottom line, is I think you should A) pass on this kit and B) perhaps rethink your hp goals C) if you have aspirations of running a boosted car at 20+psi, you may want to consider a different car, especially one that comes turbo stock....just my .02

i am running a manual transmission, thanks for your opinion. i agree with you. i am learning about cars right now so i dont know what is logical or anything. would an 80 hp turbo, 100, or 150, be more logical? and i could buy other parts, like headers and that kinda stuff. thanks
