My wife has an 04 Z71 Tahoe. the entire front is color matched to the whole truck(maroon), but the only way I have found the grill inserts is stainless or chrome. Is it possible to buy a painted one? Has anyone painted one or have any idea how to get one?

i would imagine painting a billet style grille insert would be a little difficult due to its design. however if you are looking at a street scene grille then i think it would be easier to do. i have always liked the street scene look over the billet, not to mention you dont see them nearly as much as the billet.
