My 1995 Camry with 141K runs very well most all the time, but about two months ago I started it and it immediately died. It did this twice, but on the third try it started and the problem has not re-occured.
But sometimes even now when it starts the rpm drop as though its going to stall, but doesn't. It comes back to normal after a bit of rough idle. This usually happens on warm days. On really cold days it starts at about 1000 rpm and gradually increases to about 1200. When it gets warm it drops to normal.
I have also noticed that when it does this the fuel pump is making a funny noise behind me under the rear seat. When the noise goes away so does the rough idle. (i think its the fuel pump under there) Could my fuel pump be slowly dying? Or is this even a fuel problem? Has anyone had this problem. I never had a problem with this car until I left sunny so-Cali and moved to the mid-west. Bad karma huh?

Check your fuel pressure and flow

It is a possibility that your fuel pump is ready to die. But you should do as Brian has suggested first before replacing anything.
