is the 3000gt a VR4 or SL?!?!?!
1st - 3000gt assuming that it is a VR4
2nd - subaru wrx
3rd - BMW 325ci
4th - civic si
if the 3000gt is a SL i would place it last...and the si and BMW would be close i think. are they both manuals, automatics, or what?!?!

Yeah, we need more info. The 3000GT will blow 'em all away if it's a VR-4, but otherwise I'd give it to the WRX. And I'll give it to the WRX in handling no matter what.

Yea but it's not about handling...it's from a 20mph roll...
Same list that Most Wanted posted up...same order provided the VR4 is indeed a VR4

why would you place an SL last? the 3000gt Sl is faster than a civic si and a bmw 325ci. i say if its an sl then it should go in second place. if its a vr4 then its no competition.

that is why i asked if they were autos or manuals...i have been told by 3000gt owners that 3000gt automatics cant break into the 15's stock. and i have talked to many 300zx n/a owners who have beat manual SL's by a hefty margin, and n/a 300zx's are only supposed to be running mid 15's also. so...who knows?

yeah...but i have seen stock civic si put down a 15.5 at the track also but it could have had some drag radials or good tires. :dunno:
ehh..oh well. ill wait for him to get on here to give more details.

Given that they all have manual transmissions and drivers of the same skill level, I'd put it:
1. Subaru Impreza WRX
2. Mitsubishi 3000GT SL
3. BMW 325ci
4. Honda Civic Si
The results will vary based on car modifications and driver skill, though.

3000GT SL - Manual
WRX - Manual
325ci - Automatic
Civic Si - Manual
you will never see a 3kgt sl, beat a wrx stock for stock
wrx
drivers race between the 3kgt and bmw, hard to tell
and civic si

Hmm, since the BMW is automatic, the Civic Si might be able to beat it if the driver is good enough. Also, are all the cars completely stock?

A civic Si, well at least the 6th generation 99 -00, the on that I own, can take a BMW 325 automatic or manual pretty easily.
I have both cars, so i know...
