i have a 1991 civic hatch with a b16. along with a full turbo setup, no fmu, stock ecu , fuel pressure reg. full msd. My only problem is my car doesnt boost. Its a saab garrett turbo with internal wastegate. I have a vac/boost gauge and it wont go past 1 lb. evven at 7500rpm. i can feel the boost and it dows only feel like 1 lb. any suggestions would help me eat some mustang

Ps, do i need vacuum to the nipples on the turbo and internal wastegate

i did find that a boot wasnt on correctly, now it does boost better maybe 2 or 3 pounds, but my boost gauge still reads only one, it read 0ne pound when i wasnt boosting cuz of the leak, does anyone have a blitz b.o.v.? i need to know which way to adjust to too make it carack louder

sounds like the wastegate is stuck open or you have the vacuum lines mixed up with the turbo and wastegate.

its supposed to spin freely, the shaft play is what's bad though

If the turbo shaft moves side to sise thats bad. of course its going to spin, it's a turbo thats what it does, it spins the exaust gasses. look into getting a new turbo kit with an external wastegate. check out WWW.WHITELINEPERFORMANCE.COM
