My rear wiper motor works when the conditions are dry but when it rains, I only get 2-3 swipes before the wiper arm stops about 1/4 way through it's cycle. I can hear the motor trying to turn the blade and it will go if you help it. Is there a set screw that is slipping or is the motor just shot? I see a lot of wiper blades in the 1/4 position so I think it is a common problem.

What needs to come off the inside rear panel to get at the wiper motor? :confused:
