Engine light + power problem

97 Caravan @ 125K miles

Every 25 or so miles, the check engine light flips on for a few seconds, then off. When it does this, I temporarily loose acceleration. It feels like the gas cuts out. Also on rare occasions, when I sit at an intersection, the engine cuts out. This is usually in the morning only. Are the two related? I just had my fuel injectors cleaned about a month ago
