I am thinking about getting som new tires for my X, I really like the Firestone Destination M/T and I was wondering if anyone has them or knows anything about them.

I've heard a lot of good feedback about them.

They appear to be nearly the same tire as my Bridgestone Dueler MT's, which are also highly rated. I have nothing but excellent things to say about my Duelers, so I think you'll like the Destination. I've also heard some die hard BFG MT users say that they think the Destination is better than the BFG. I will probably get the Destination when my Duelers are "done."

I have been running destination M/T's for a few years now on my suspension lifted 03 X. Simply an excellent tire, great treadwear, and it is a serious offroad performer, with those sidewall studs. They do hum a bit on the highway, (of course) but that personally doesn't bother me. Firestone hit a homerun with this tire. I really hope they never discontinue it....that would be a bummer.
