That is a process, not a paint. To get the equipment costs lots of money. Just use Alclad II.

Again... Alclad II Chrome is the best paint you can get but you must have an air-brush and im not sure its available in Norway. by the way im 75% Norwegian, my last name is Repaal. nobody ever spells it right in the US.

Rebell Hobby (http://www.rebell.com) in Stockholm has Alclad and if you take a look at my Impala (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=338317) you will see how it actually looks on the bumpers.

Good luck!

Yepp !!!...........Alclad is probably your best bet, you'll need an airbrush though as it cant be brush painted.

What brand model ?

Alclad is Lacker Based. some Cheap Aztek (acrilyc airbrush) will simply melt and be good for the garbage if you use this paint.

My Aztek a320 died with Lacquer paint. it melt the nozzle completly. (now I use a Badger Anthem) It's not really the paint that will melt the plastic, but the lacquer thinner you will use to clean it.

maybe taking a picture ? we could try to find what airbrush you have.
