The back brake pads appear to be fine.
We have brake fluid full.
We are appearing to get nothing from the back when we apply the brakes.
We have checked the manual and nothing.
Any help??

Ok what do you consider the lining is fine? How thick is it?
And also you probably need to adjust the lining , make sure its properly aligned with the drums in order for them to work. Good luck.
