I HAVE CHANGED BOTH FUSES IN THE INSIDE FUSE BOX . WHAT ELSE COULD BE THE PROBLEM :confused:

No clue man, no clue. I am used to my 86-92 Rangers. You might see about getting a electical and vacuum diagram from helm or go to Ford and see where the wires for that run and what color they are. Test from for voltage. If there isn't any, follow it back until you find what the cause is.

Check the main fuse under the hood. There is a rectangular black colored plastic box that has the main fuses. Chances are that you blew the fuse when you either plugged in your cellphone cigarette adapter. Some of the plug adaptors causes the plug to go in at an angle and it shorts and blows the fuse. This is true especially if your cigarette lighter is in the ash tray. A fix to that is to trim back the plastic on the nose of the adaptor (plastic around the metal tip) so that the diameter is smaller than the current size.
