Fuel Trim Error Questions

I've got a 95 2.7 4x4 ext cab with 108,000. My check engine light recently came on. About 3k miles ago, I did the number 1 fuel injector so I thought maybe the ECU might be trying to "recalibrate" itself to having a new injector or something so I reset (pulled EFI fuse) to reset the light... several times over the course of about 2500 miles. No dice, so I stopped by a friend of mine's shop to have him read the OBD code -"fuel trim bank 1" was what he came up with. This is a pretty general error to me, I'm not sure where to start with this. Any help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated. Vacuum leak?? Other injectors going bad?? Cracked Manifold?? O2 sensors (I replaced both about 50k ago)?? MAF sensor?? PCV leak?? Thanks!

I would try cleaning your injectors. Maybe they are clogged and you are running lean. My next guess would be HO2 sensor, but you need to get the actual code number for reference.

Thanks! I am in the process of running a can of BG 44k through a tank right now. Like most fuel additives, I'm guessing it's "voodoo" but it is pretty painless. I'll see what it does. Thanks Again.

That may not be concentrated enough to do the job. By cleaning the injectors, I meant something like this:

which are instructions for this:
